The Islamic village of Al-Qasr

An entire city made from mudbrick and the last Islamic village to remain in global existence. Al Qasr is a picturesque village that was built during the Ottoman Empire with remains from the Ayyubid Dynasty from the 12th century. It remains intact with distinct and enchanting Islamic monuments, with little being changed since medieval times, one can experience the ancient life through the functioning mills and workshops currently operated by the craftsmen.
