Beni Suef Museum

The museum houses many artifacts related to the history of the region, an important agriculture center in Egypt. One can find many archeological monuments in the museum that were excavated from nearby sites such as the ancient city of Heracleopolis. The city also has a deep religious history, which is reflected in the museum through the many Coptic and Islamic artifacts that can be found there.
