The Minaret of the Great Mosque

The Minaret dates to the time of the first Islamic caliphate in Egypt, The Fatimid caliphate. Known for their intricate and beautiful architecture, the minaret is incredibly designed and is the only remaining trace of the lost Great Mosque of Delas. The Minaret is designed in a geometric way to resemble a radiant sun shining over the people of the city.
